    SPEAKER

    Ingrid is married to Chuck, and they have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Ingrid is a speaker, leader, teacher, mentor, and certified leadership coach. She holds degrees in education, intercultural studies, and a doctorate in Global Leadership from Alliance Theological Seminary. Ingrid founded Leadership Coaching International and serves with Global Leadership, Inc. Her passion is to grow and develop leaders to transform lives and communities through leadership coaching, soul care, and character-based development. 

  • Rachel Noel

    WORSHIP LEADER

    Rachel has been serving others through her gift of music for 25 years. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for women to experience healing and hope through a transforming encounter with God's presence. Whether it is leading worship or listening to someone's heart over coffee, Rachel wants others to feel seen and valued by the God who lovingly made them. In her free time, she enjoys writing and producing music as well as hiking and camping.

    RETREAT SPECIALIST

    Brandi's relationship with God has been the most beautiful and life-changing gift, and she feels blessed and grateful that God invites us to partner with Him in sharing that gift with others. Serving, supporting, and encouraging global workers and believers combines her passions of cross-cultural learning, uplifting others, and sharing the love of the Lord. She also enjoys travel, food, spending time with loved ones, and being in nature. 

  • Veronica Gatling

    Veronica currently serves as the Minister to Women at the Scottsdale Bible Church. She lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband, Timothy. They have 3 adult children and 1 granddaughter. She holds degrees in education and Christian ministries, and an earned doctorate in educational leadership. After retiring from Christian school education, she now uses these skills in full-time ministry to teach Bible studies and recruit women to serve in their gifting. She loves the ability to serve hands-on and be a small part of what God is doing in the lives of women wherever He places her.  

  • Earlene Gray

    Earlene’s relationship with God began as a young girl, and she has had the pleasure of witnessing her husband and children’s life-changing relationship with the Lord as well. Earlene feels blessed to be a servant and to share her love for the Lord while supporting and encouraging global workers and other believers.. She enjoys travel, food, shopping, exploring, and spending time with family and friends. 

  • Gi Gi Horrell

    Gi Gi is co-founder with her husband, Stan, of MissioCare Collective, a Member Care Ministry working with Global Kingdom workers. She has a deep passion to see women flourish in all God has created them to be and to see Kingdom workers remain healthy so that the Good News is proclaimed throughout the Nations. Gi Gi was a small business owner for 28 years and is a speaker, Bible teacher, seeker of a deeper prayer life with Jesus, wife, mother, and grandmother. 

  • Kathy McDowell

    Kathy has worked in Christian education, served on her church's prayer team, and has been a children's leader for BSF for several years. She has seen God use all of these experiences to draw her closer to Him, although one of her biggest blessings has been serving alongside other women and receiving encouragement from her sisters in Christ. As retirement approaches, the call to serve other women and the need to share the love of Christ has become more evident to her.

  • Jeannie Miller

    Jeannie and her husband of almost 36 years live in Mead, CO. They have a daughter and son-in-law, granddaughter, and a grandson on the way. They spent a year in Brazil learning Portuguese and served in Mozambique, Africa, for 7 years, training and equipping the national churches. Jeannie’s career has been in the legal field and she also holds a doctorate in Psychology, with a desire to serve women in ministry overseas. In her spare time, she takes pleasure in studying the Bible, continuing education, paper crafting, and many other crafts.  

  • Brenda Morrow

    Brenda is a retired leader from Chick-fil-a and now serves as a project leader with Lifeshape. She is the founder of Master Minded Women, a nonprofit organization focused on developing the unlimited potential of women through the power of Heart Transformation. Brenda is also a certified Transformational Coach. Married to her husband Vincent, they are navigating the next chapter of life, spending time together and traveling. She loves being mother to K. Renee and Gammie to Mason and Kali! Brenda finds alignment and oneness with God when serving women. 

  • Wanata Parker

    Wanata has been in the beauty industry for over 30 years and runs her own hair salon in Beverly Hills, CA. Her true gifts are serving others and helping those in need. She loves seeing what God does in herself and those she serves. She has 2 adorable grandchildren that I love with all my heart. She has served in Tanzania several times with Scottsdale Bible Church and most recently Honduras with Inspriata Foundation. 

  • Zinnetta Petty

    Zinnetta is a 38 year-old, dedicated sister to one brother, 3 nephews, and 6 boys of her own. She’s a unit manager for the Boys and Girls Club of Chattanooga, TN. Zinnetta loves to cook, sing, dance, style hair, and is amazed by God’s wonderful creations. She has witnessed God as her anchor through all of her trials and believes that if God brings her to it, then she can complete any task He has set forth on her journey in life.

  • Christie Smith

    Christie, originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, now lives in a Denver suburb. She has served in Taiwan, Mexico, Cambodia, China, and Australia. She holds degrees in graphic design and Christian Formation and Soul Care. Despite many ups and downs in her life, she knows that God has been there with her through it all, and she longs for others to experience His love as well. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, photography, coffee with friends, reading in a warm, comfy chair by the fire, and writing out Bible verses or quotes in an “artsy” way. 

  • Mary Throckmorton

    Mary currently lives in Apex, NC with her husband and three active boys. Having served with Athletes in Action (a CRU ministry) for over 20 years and having lived in South Africa for 3.5 years doing ministry, Mary’s heartbeat is to serve and pray for women building the kingdom overseas.  After having attended a similar retreat, her heart was moved to attend as a volunteer to serve and love on those who need refreshment, encouragement, and love to continue to serve faithfully overseas.

  • Margit Tritt

    Margit lives in rural Erie, CO, with her husband of 45 years. She’s been involved in music ministries, led small groups, and serves as usher/greeter. Margit was diagnosed in 2025 with breast cancer at the same time as an unexpected early retirement from the corporate world. She loves sharing her journey as testimony to God’s comfort and peace through tough circumstances. She’s looking forward to developing her custom line of alpaca knit goods on her commercial knitting machine after raising alpacas for over 15 years. 

  • Karen Thacker

    Karen is a licensed counselor and lives in Erie, CO, with her husband, David. She delights in spending time with their five children and five grandchildren. She is a professor at the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling at Concordia University Irvine and a certification trainer at the Makin Institute for NeuroChange, preparing counselors, coaches, and pastors to use the power of relationship to effect profound and lasting change.

  • Mary Jane Utterback

    Mary Jane is a worshipper, prayer warrior, and encourager from Scottsdale Arizona. In 40 years of prayer ministry she has experienced the Holy Spirit breaking up and freeing hearts from pain and bondages and seen feet a’dancing. As a retired teacher, she volunteers for Sunday school, VBS, and an after-school program called Mentor Kids for children in underprivileged schools. She serves as a music, swimming, and reading teacher. She has 4 married children and 17 grandchildren.  

  • Andi Walters

    Andi's journey sharing the love of Jesus with women began years ago with MOPS. She and her husband Bob have "retired" from education and live in Centralia, WA. Andi has a passion for the Word of God and leads a women's Bible study group. She is involved in the women's and global workers ministry at her church. She recently took a new role as Spiritual Foundations Director for Missiocare Collective. Andi and Bob have led numerous teams to Mexico, building homes with Homes of Hope. She has three grown boys, a daughter-in-law, and delights in her role as a new grandma to Lawson.

  • Patti Weber

    Patti is a retired Registered Nurse and lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Corvallis, Oregon with her wonderful husband, Ed. Together they have 7 children and 9 grand children. She has been on many Azmera Haven retreats so she is excited to be able to support and encourage the women who will come for this time of refreshment. Patti loves cooking and trying new foods, spending time with her family and friends, and being outdoors in God's amazing creation.
