Peg Forrest
SPEAKER
Peg’s passion is for living out her calling to teach and disciple women of all ages, whether through the spoken or written word. Peg leans on her years of “on-the-job-training” as a missionary in Kenya, counselor, bible study teacher, and Dean of Women at Arizona Christian University to share Jesus-relevant stories that draw women into deeper intimacy and a more secure identity in their Savior. Peg considers herself a simple woman with a simple message to which ladies everywhere can relate and be encouraged. Peg and her husband, a former 6′ 10″ NBA center for the Phoenix Suns, began FOCUS Ministries in 1992 on their return from Africa (www.focusministries.org), and travel worldwide, using their life stories and experiences to share the gospel with a Fresh Outlook Centering Upon the Savior.

Joy Beless
WORSHIP LEADER
Joy is a worshipper of God and a lover of people. After living overseas and launching four children, Joy started a worship ministry, The Invitation Project, with live worship events and lyric videos for personal and small group worship. As a spiritual director, she encourages others in their spiritual journey by meeting with individuals and hosting solitude retreats through her ministry, B-Still Ministries, a partner with Mosaic Formation. Currently living in the Dallas area with her husband, Roger – she loves being JoJo to eleven grandchildren and leading chapel at a homeless shelter for women and children.

Kari Berglund
RETREAT SPECIALIST
Kari lives in Littleton, CO, but can also be found exploring in her camper van with her dog Lucy. She has 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Kari loves to come alongside women in their faith journey through prayer, encouragement, and Bible study, and loves partnering with what God is doing around the world in any way she can. In her free time, she enjoys photography, quilting, and anything crafty.

Sarah brings years of global worker experience from her service in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and most recently in Ecuador. Sarah's life journey, marked by valleys of challenges, has cultivated in her a profound trust in the Lord. This trust, in turn, has endowed her with a natural ability to inspire hope, facilitating growth and transformation in every person she encounters. Sarah is a proud mom of two teenagers, she finds joy by taking them on adventures.

Lizet Bowen
Lizet and her husband, Andy, served in Paraguay for more than 20 years, where they raised their three children. Lizet has a deep love for women serving in international ministry and understands the daily challenges of balancing home life with ministry. She desires to listen to each woman’s story and come alongside them in prayer. In her free time, Lizet enjoys cooking, creating videos, and photographing food for her recipe website.

Sue Johnson
Sue lives in the Biggest Little City in the World, Reno/Sparks Nevada, where she enjoys the beauty of all 4 Seasons. She serves on her church Home Team, recruiting for Ladies Nights and women's retreats as well as many other community programs sponsored by the church. She can't wait to share how Jesus has strengthened her life. Let it be known she is a "Hugger"!

Kerri Meyer
Kerri has served in various ways including leading children's ministries, leading women's Bible study groups, and coaching soccer and softball. Kerri lives in Reno, NV with her husband Brad. She has 3 adult children and operates her own business consulting and leadership development company. Her heart's desire is to live a life that points others towards Jesus and to show up in the spaces God calls her to, in order to share his love and grace.

Annette Nicholl
Annette served with CRU for 20 years, 8 Years in Irkutsk, Russia. Currently, she and her husband, Spencer, serve in Member Care for Samaritans Purse and direct a small ministry in Ohio City, Colorado called Big Horn Ministries. They offer a place in their remote Colorado location for respite and rest for those who are in crisis, burned out, or just need a break. Her passion is to help women get back to a listening place with the Lord. She has three grown children: Andrew, Kayla, and Kate, plus a new granddaughter.

Eloise O'Neal
Eloise and her husband Tom served in ministry abroad for 11 years, after which they came home to Kentucky to be with their growing family. They serve on the global workers team at their local church and minister to their 18 grandchildren who live in the same town. Eloise teaches English to students from other countries and has a passion for serving the needs of multi-lingual and multi-cultural families.

Kelly Osness
Kelly and her husband, Chris, operate a retail store in the small mountain town of Gunnison Colorado. She has been a Life Group Bible study leader, serves as a mentor for MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), and was a local group leader for Women of Faith. Her goal is to serve and grow God’s Kingdom through service, encouragement, and leadership. She is the proud mom of Zach (and daughter-in-law, Laura) and Nana to Theo, Lukas, Eva, and Titus.
