• Although we ask for your first and last name, only your first name's initial will be used in the online post.

• Please try to keep your request succinct. Your prayer request will be reviewed, possibly edited and approved by a moderator. Your prayer request will exist in the online posts for two months after it is approved.

• If you'd prefer to not have your prayer request posted on the website, please preface your prayer request with "Private: (prayer request)"
