Azmera ONLINE Haven Retreat 2020 | Prayer Calendar (November 8)

Sunday, November 8: Pray for Amy and Annette as they lead workshops today, that the time they spend with the women will be full of joy and laughter; ask that they will be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading and will be comfortable to change course if He asks. Pray for them to know abundant life as they give of their time and hearts today.

U - Pray for them as their second church plant has begun; pray that people would be curious about what they are doing and would begin to attend. Ask that they would trust God and the leading He has given them in this church, that even though they may not be able to see immediate results they would know that He is at work and has begun something good. Pray they would turn their eyes to Jesus and allow His thoughts of them to super-cede what others think and say.

R - Pray that she would allow God to continue to soften her heart for the things He has for her. Ask that she would sit down in His presence and allow herself to become undone before Him, that she would see God as her refuge and the safest place she could ever be. Pray that as He covers her with love and truth she will long to continue to be changed even more into who He is calling her to be.

M - Pray for her as she learns to set aside things that keep her busy in favor of resting at the Lord’s feet, that the rest for her soul will be so good that it outweighs the to-do list that is always at hand. Ask that her time with God would be fulfilling and lifegiving and would become what she looks forward to the most. Pray that He would bless the work of her hands as she goes about her daily activities.
