KENYA Azmera Haven Retreat | Arrival

The women attending the retreat are coming from all over East Africa–Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. They are multi-cultural global women, all serving in ministry. Each is a bit weary, some from their travels to get to Mombasa, others from the busy pace of ministry. Once they are registered, a refreshing glass of fruit juice is handed to them as they are greeted enthusiastically by the retreat staff. We are so happy to finally have them here, safe in the confines of our haven retreat.

After getting settled into their rooms, we gather together for our first of many times together for fellowship, worship and prayer. The days ahead will be filled with God's grace and love for each women. It is our hope the women will be able to commune with God and connect with one another.
