SPEAKER - Becca Gray

Becca and her husband, Paul, used to live in Ethiopia where they worked and served at a hospital. Becca knows firsthand many of the challenges that come with ministry, and she is passionate about serving people in local or overseas ministry. They currently live in Fort Worth, Texas with their three children: Nathan, Lydia, and Elizabeth. Becca has a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Cross-Cultural Ministries and she spends her time volunteering for her kids’ schools, their church, and Azmera.

WORSHIP LEADER - Debi Moore

Debi has been involved in short-term ministry work around the world for several years and has a deep desire to "serve the servant" abroad. She loves to be involved in women's ministry conferences; teaching, speaking, encouraging, listening, praying for, and of course, leading women into God's courts with praise! Debi and her husband live in Canon City, Colorado, and own an excavation and wildland firefighting company. They are co-founders of Pearls of Education Foundation, a charity that provides education and restoration to Liberian students. Debi is the co-author of the children's book "A Girl Like Me."

Patti Weber - Retreat Manager

Patti is a Registered Nurse and lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Corvallis, Oregon. She has been on many Azmera Haven retreats so she is excited to be able to support and encourage the women who will come for this time of refreshment. Patti loves working with the youth at her church and spending time with her family and friends, as well as outdoors in God's amazing creation.

Judy loves to sit, listen, pray, and provide space for women as they seek a relationship of intimacy with God. She is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Spiritual Direction. Her home is in Oregon where she spends time hiking and enjoying God’s beautiful creation.

Carrie Cole

Carrie’s been living and serving in the Middle East for 12+ years with her soulmate and husband Bob, who leads an international NGO serving the forgotten IDP communities. They’ve been married for over 20 years and overseas that long too and they have two TCK teenage daughters. She has a business that serves local women in fitness and nutrition that is life-giving. She loves paddleboarding, water fountains, coffee dates with her husband, and dinner conversations with her girls.

Tary Dalpini

Tary and her husband, Tom, live in Maryland where they raised their three, now grown, children. She works as a fundraising event coordinator for Metro Maryland Youth for Christ. Having been a Navy wife for 27 years, she enjoys volunteering for the USO and traveling, especially to see her two granddaughters in Texas. Tary loves encouraging women in taking their next step of faith, using her gift of hospitality to make people feel at home, and hearing stories of how God is working all over the world.

Heather Fowler

Heather Fowler is the Co-Founder of Gracious Ministries along with her husband, Alan. Heather is a retired teacher and now devotes much of her time to social media ministry. Heather and Alan are in Marriage Ministry and Heather has authored several books and Bible studies while teaching and speaking to women and men across the country and around the world. Some of her most precious ministry opportunities have been spent encouraging women in their marriages and through difficult trials. Heather is the proud mother of McKenzie and Collin.

Gi Gi Horrell

Gi Gi is co-founder with her husband, Stan, of MissioCare Collective (MCC). MCC is a Member Care Ministry working with Global Kingdom workers around the world. Gi Gi has a deep passion to see women flourish in all God has created for them to be. She has a heart to see Kingdom workers remain spiritually, relationally, emotionally, and physically healthy so that the Good News of Christ is proclaimed throughout the Nations. Gi Gi was a small business owner for 28 years. She is a speaker, Bible teacher, seeker of a deeper prayer life with Jesus, wife, mother, and grandmother.

Beth Kliewer

Beth loves her Savior; spending quality time together is priceless.  She can’t get enough of following Jesus on various adventures from her Bakersfield California home to Ireland, Texas, Hungary, and back again. Through 30 years of marriage, 4 kids, and multiple callings, she has focused on encouraging and loving the least of these. Bringing hope for the hopeless, loving the forgotten, and touching the sick in Jesus' Name is who she is.

Sue Perdue

Sue loves people, their stories, and hearing about their adventures. She has an MA in community counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family. God has been able to use her counseling skills overseas in many different ways to encourage couples, families, and individuals to have a closer walk with him through encouragement, listening, and prayer. She lives in Greeley, CO with her husband, John Mark, where she finds abundant joy in spending time with their three adult children, son-in-law, and four "grand" children who also live in Greeley.

Muriel Smith

Muriel currently lives in Tigard, Oregon. She’s been on short-term trips back in the early 2000s and now attends Gracepoint community church, where she is involved with the global commission and women's ministry. She has also attended global connections conferences for the last 3 years. She loves to travel as it allows her to see new facets of her relationship with God.

June is an author, speaker, blogger, part “foodie”, and founder of Encouragement That Lasts, a non-profit ministry (www.encouragementthatlasts.org). She and her husband, Brad, live in Washington State and serve on their church’s Global Opportunities Team with an emphasis on global worker care. Most importantly, she knows and loves Jesus. June’s experience in the legal field, county administration, local and global church ministries, crisis intervention, and the home provide a basis for her refreshing and unique diversity. With decades of witnessing spiritual victories arising from ashes, she thrills in proclaiming God's truths and how His flagrant grace and intimacy is available to everyone.
