SPEAKER - Carey Holm

Carey is passionate about listening well to the Shepherd’s voice and pouring her life into whomever God places in her path. She is dedicated to learning God’s Word by heart and longs that His voice be the loudest voice in her everyday life. Working alongside women who serve the King is a joy of hers. She desires to create space, thought and encouragement for women to learn how to listen well to the Lover of Our Souls. She has served with CRU internationally alongside her husband. She spent 9 years pouring into missionaries and national workers in the country of Chile. She has four children ranging from the ages of 17-23. She counts it a privilege to be part of the journey in Cambodia and walk alongside women who are impacting others.

WORSHIP LEADER - Joy Beless

Joy has a heart for leading worship and encouraging women in their faith journey. Having lived internationally, she brings a unique perspective to both. Joy leads worship weekly in the Dallas area, where she lives with her husband Roger, and at retreats and conferences globally. She understands third culture kids, and is inspired by her children’s choices to serve in the military and with Every Village, a ministry based in South Sudan. She is “JoJo” to her four young grandchildren.

Kari Berglund

Kari lives in Littleton, CO and is married to her high school sweetheart, Tim. She recently retired from homeschooling her three children. Kari loves to come alongside women in their faith journey through prayer, encouragement, and study. She has been a Bible study leader, youth group worker, and is currently the prayer chairman of a Community Bible Study. She has many friends that serve overseas and enjoys the challenge of maintaining those friendships and partnering with what God is doing around the world in any way she can. In her free time, she pursues photography and anything crafty.

Crystal Boecker

Crystal is a trained Spiritual Director, Counselor and Pilates instructor and enjoys using every bit of each of these practices to ignite women’s curiosity and love for the Lord! She lives in Denver Colorado with her dapper husband and has 2 delightful daughters. Crystal and her husband were missionaries in East Asia for 20 years.

Nadine Bracy

Nadine Bracy holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Nadine sees counseling as a sacred trust whereby she walks with others through difficult circumstances and assists them in their journey towards a more abundant life (John 10:10). She works with couples as well as individuals on issues like depression, anxiety, life stage adjustments, parenting struggles, and trauma healing. Nadine and her husband have been married for 33 years and have 3 grown children, and one grandson. Early in their marriage they lived in Venezuela where they were active in a Spanish-speaking church. Nadine has also participated in short-term missions trips to Haiti, Zambia, Mexico, and Peru, which has grown her heart for international ministry.

Regina Flanery

Regina Flanery lives in Texarkana, Texas. She has two daughters and six grandchildren. She recently retired as a Dental Technician and now works part time at a community college. Regina serves in the Homebound Ministry through her church and loves ministering to battered women in church-supported homes. She finds great joy in seeing these women grow in their walk with the Lord and the restoration the Lord brings to their lives. Regina is excited to use her spiritual gift of encouragement to help women around the world. In her spare time, Regina likes to attend Christian concerts, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends.

Judyann Gallego

Judyann is passionate about encouraging those who serve others. She says counseling at retreats for global workers is definitely her "sweet spot". She also loves her work as a therapist at Shepherd's Canyon Retreats leading weeklong intensive's for wounded pastors and their spouses. She and her husband Mark work with Life Impact Ministries and some other ministries around the world as they are able. When home she has a private practice, teaches at William Jessup University and does critical incident debriefings in her community. She is mom to four married kiddos, quick to show you pictures of her adorable 10 grandchildren and is incredibly grateful for the colorful life story God has given her!

Telly is passionate about using massage therapy as a tool to help bring healing to those who are hurting physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually, as they are intricately connected. She lives in Minnesota but her heart is to travel, to explore new avenues of how to share God's love through her hands, her gifts, and her passions to those in need.

Carla is excited to serve Kingdom-workers who are impacting the world through her gifting in financial management. Carla enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening. She has been serving in women’s and children ministries for over 20 years. She has a heart for supporting disenfranchised women and children and hopes to build bridges through this experience. Carla lives in Colorado with her husband John and 3 beautiful daughters.

Kelsey Lane

Kelsey began volunteering with Azmera in February of 2018 on the Cambodia retreat, and that was all it took, she was hooked. Kelsey currently works as a full-time graphic designer, photographer & videographer for a missions organization based in Colorado. She enjoys volunteering as the photographer and videographer for Azmera retreats so the women have something to take away with them that can capture how they felt during those days in community with other women. Since Cambodia in 2018 she also volunteered for the retreat in Cyprus and Israel in November of 2018 and is looking forward to serving again in Ecuador this October.

Janie Lippincott

Janie has lived in many places, moving more than twenty times with her husband and four daughters while Marv served as a Navy Chaplain. She now lives in Western PA as a widow and retired nurse. Traveling to visit her four married daughters and 16 grandchildren brings her much joy. Her ever changing life has taught her to be flexible, to trust in God and to experience God's faithful provision in a myriad of circumstances.

Becky Milligan

Becky loves to encourage women through the ministry of the word of God. She has received Level 3 certification from the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship and enjoys meeting with women one-on-one. She is a former BSF teaching leader and teaches a Sunday school class for single women at her home church. She also loves to participate as a lead worshiper by playing her assortment of flutes in the worship ministry. In her everyday life, Becky parents two active teenagers while managing the provider reimbursement team for a national health care program. Becky ponders life and preaches the gospel to herself on her blog www.womenwalkingingrace.org.

Anne Muir

Anne is a professional counselor with a passion to minister to ministers. She attended Fuller Theological Seminary and has practiced as a licensed counselor since 1982. She has facilitated numerous groups and bible studies as well as spoken for women's retreats and led marriage retreat/seminars. She has advanced training in Critical Incident Stress Management and has done crisis work as a mental health professional for two decades. She has been married over 37 years and is a mother and grandmother. She is a daughter of the King and her security and identity are in Christ. Anne enjoys ushering individuals into a more intimate relationship with our amazing Lord and Savior. She finds it a great privilege to be alongside others on their healing journeys.

Annette Nicholl

Annette Nicholl served with CRU campus ministry for 20 years, 8 Years in Irkutsk, Russia. Currently, she and her husband Spencer direct a small ministry in Ohio City Colorado called Big Horn Ministries. Their mission is to help people take their next step in life and toward Christ. They offer a place in their remote Colorado location for respite and rest for those who are in crisis, burned out or just need a break. She has two kiddos, Andrew (22) and Kate (18).

Vilena Raibley

Vilena loves to listen and provide encouragement to other women. Her spiritual gift is serving and helping others, including giving hugs! She lives in Sherwood Oregon and has been married to Jon for 33 ½ years. She is the mother of four children; two boys and two girls. She was an exchange student in Argentina for three months and has also done missionary work in the Philippians. She currently serves with the middle school youth at Grace Point Community Church.

Daneen Stauffer

Daneen lives in Sharon, Pennsylvania and is married to her high school sweetheart, Rick. A pastor’s wife of 29 years, Daneen understands the demands and blessings of ministry. Passionate about family discipleship and child training, Daneen has co-led parenting classes with Rick and homeschooled their 2 (now adult) children for 11 years and recently has the pleasure of discipling her 3 beautiful granddaughters! Daneen enjoys coming alongside women in their Jesus journey through encouragement, prayer, and study. Daneen also enjoys participating in worship ministries and can often be found singing, playing piano or flute to worship her Lord! Currently, she is leading some ladies in a study on Identity in Christ.
