Becca knows firsthand many of the challenges that come with ministry, and she is passionate about serving people in local or overseas ministry.

Becca and Paul have three children: Nathan (11), Lydia (9), and Elizabeth (2). Becca has a masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Cross Cultural Ministries. She spends her time volunteering for her kids’ school and teaching Bible classes at their church.

Hi I’m Carrie Cole and I’ve been living and serving in the Middle East for 12+ years with my soulmate and husband Bob, who leads an international NGO serving the forgotten IDP communities here. We’ve been married for over 20 years and overseas that long too! We have two TCK teenage daughters, who we're raising by God’s amazing grace to thrive and be the leaders of the next generation. I have a business that serves local women in fitness and nutrition that is life-giving. To keep me grounded and grateful, I will go paddleboarding, enjoy water fountains, coffee dates with my husband and dinner conversations with my girls.

Karen Turcotte

Having grown up amidst the midwestern cornfields, I tend to lean back into my farming roots and am up early, love to work hard, and wish for life with unfenced backyards. I moved to Texas right after college to teach elementary and middle schoolers and did so on and off for twelve years. I enjoy playing the piano, singing, coaching up the next generation, and watching God mend hearts of singles and families weary from the battles of life. My desire is to be a student of God's Word, intentionally linking arms and loving well those of all ages and stages. In 2016, the Lord called me out of the classroom setting and into full-time kingdom service as field staff for FamilyLife, a ministry of Cru. I've enjoyed coming alongside, advising and developing-up followers of Jesus Christ both inside and outside the ministry and look forward to continuing in this if the Lord wills. My husband, Greg and I have lived in Texas most of our marriage, with a short stint in south Georgia, and are stewards of two wonderful kids on this side of heaven, who are both transitioning into adulthood. I come to you as a learner and one postured with gratefulness.
